2. At Jamaica Station, take either the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) or the E Subway to Penn Station.

1. As you walk outside from baggage claim you should see NY Airport Service busses to Manhattan. These busses run approximately every 20 minutes.
2. Take the bus to Grand Central.
3. Transfer off of this bus to the bus going to Penn Station.
4. Lodestone is located just a few blocks from Penn Station at 227 West 29^th Street between 7^th and 8^th Avenues.

To Lodestone from Newark Airport

Train service is recommended
AirTrain Newark to Penn Station

1. AirTrain connection is available in each terminal.
2. Take AirTrain to NJ Transit's Newark Airport Train Station
3. You can purchase NJT Rail train ticket prior to boarding AirTrain or at the Newark Airport Terminal using automated machine.
4. Select NJT Rail and your destination will be "000" for New York Penn Station
5. When you exit AirTrain at Newark Liberty International Airport Train Station, follow the signs to NJ TRANSIT trains. You will go up one level, pass through the fare gates and go down one level onto the NJ TRANSIT and Amtrak train platforms.
